OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

The Live Like You're On Vacation Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Sierra Brands Group d/b/a RipSkirt Hawaii, 700 Commerce Parkway West Drive, Suite B, Door 30, Greenwood, IN 46143 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other entities involved in the development, administration, promotion, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 19, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 15, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s designated computer system shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the designated Sweepstakes landing page and complete and submit the official entry form as instructed.

To submit an entry, entrants will be required to provide:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Valid email address

  • Valid telephone number

Entrants may also be presented with separate opportunities to opt in to receive promotional email and/or SMS/text marketing communications from RipSkirt Hawaii. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes and will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on November 15, 2026.

Automated, script, macro, robotic, programmed, or similar methods of entry are prohibited. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple or different identities, email addresses, telephone numbers, registrations, or other methods may void all entries submitted by that entrant.

Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, corrupted, late, misdirected, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Normal internet access, data, messaging, and other charges imposed by an entrant’s internet, wireless, or mobile service provider may apply.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The Grand Prize consists of a RipSkirt Hawaii lifestyle wardrobe and RipSkirt-branded Retrospec paddle board package containing the following:

The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,052.99.

Available prints, colors, sizes, and other product variations are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to determine available product selections and, if necessary, to substitute a prize or prize component with an item of equal or greater value if an advertised prize or component becomes unavailable for any reason.

Shipping of the Grand Prize to the confirmed winner at a valid address within the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia will be provided at no cost to the winner.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitution of the prize by the winner is permitted.

All federal, state, local, and other taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary for Sponsor to comply with applicable tax reporting requirements.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. RANDOM DRAWING AND WINNER SELECTION

Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor or its designated representative will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected and verified on or before November 18, 2026.

The random drawing will be conducted in a manner designed to provide each eligible entry with an equal opportunity to be selected.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with the winning entry. Sponsor intends to make initial notification within two (2) business days following selection of the potential winner.

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification within five (5) business days of the date the notification is sent.

As a condition of being confirmed as the winner, the potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release, and any tax or other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor, within the timeframe specified by Sponsor.

If the potential winner:

  • cannot be contacted;

  • fails to respond within five (5) business days;

  • fails to provide any required documentation within the timeframe specified;

  • is found to be ineligible;

  • fails to comply with these Official Rules; or

  • declines or is otherwise unable to accept the prize,

the potential winner may be disqualified and forfeit the prize. In such event, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.

A potential winner is not an official winner until Sponsor has verified the potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

9. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its affiliates, representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and permission to use, publish, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use the winner’s name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements, and any content provided by or created in connection with the Sweepstakes or prize for advertising, marketing, publicity, promotional, and other commercial purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Sponsor determines has:

  • tampered with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes;

  • acted in violation of these Official Rules;

  • acted in a disruptive, fraudulent, deceptive, or unsportsmanlike manner;

  • attempted to circumvent the entry limitations;

  • attempted to interfere with the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; or

  • provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, human error, force majeure events, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may, in its discretion and to the extent feasible, select the winner by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action or event giving rise to the termination.

Sponsor’s decisions concerning the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, interpretation of these Official Rules, and selection and verification of the winner shall be final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or enjoyment of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or otherwise defective entries or communications; interrupted or unavailable networks, servers, internet service providers, websites, telephone systems, or other connections; technical failures or malfunctions; errors in transmission; or other technical or human errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit or exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12. PRIZE USE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The Grand Prize includes a paddle board and products that may be used in connection with outdoor, recreational, aquatic, or physical activities.

The winner is solely responsible for determining whether the winner is capable of safely using the prize and for using all prize components in accordance with applicable instructions, warnings, laws, regulations, and safety recommendations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the winner assumes the risks associated with the possession and use of the prize.

13. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, contacting and verifying the potential winner, fulfilling the prize, complying with applicable legal obligations, and otherwise as described in Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy.

Where an entrant separately and affirmatively elects to receive marketing communications from Sponsor, the entrant’s information may also be used for those marketing purposes in accordance with the applicable consent and Sponsor’s privacy practices.

Opting in to marketing communications is not required to enter or win and does not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.

14. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Indiana.

Under no circumstances shall an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

15. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

The Sweepstakes may be advertised or promoted through Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms; however, the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, or any other social media platform through which the Sweepstakes may be promoted.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any such social media platform.

16. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT / WINNER LIST

Sponsor may publicly announce the winner following verification.

Requests must be received within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

17. OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
